Mr. Liu Ting An became the Deputy Chairman and President of the China Life Insurance (Overseas) Company Limited in 2008. He is responsible for the Company’s insurance, trust and asset management business in overseas markets.

Mr. Liu graduated from Remin University of China and the Oxford University in the United Kingdom. He holds a Master degree in Economics, and is also a Senior Economist. Mr. Liu possesses rich experiences in insurance, investment and banking operations, has thorough knowledge in China and overseas financial markets. He is the Executive Director of the Hong Kong Chinese Enterprises Association, Director of the Hong Kong Chinese Enterprises Charitable Foundation Limited, Member of the Investment Committee of the Hong Kong Chinese Enterprises Association, Member of Life Insurance Council of the Hong Kong Federation of Insurers, Fellow of The Hong Kong Institute of Directors, Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Listing Committee member of HKEx.

Mr. Liu has been the Board Secretary General of China Life Insurance Company Limited, the Company’s spokesman, the General Manager of Investment Centre of former China Life Insurance Company, the President Assistant of former Hainan Development Bank and the General Manager of its Guangzhou Branch, and the Division Chief of the Programming Department under the State Commission for Restructuring the Economic Systems.

Mr. Wang Jian Guo is the Vice President of China Life Insurance (Overseas) Company Limited as well as the General Manager of its Macau Branch. Mr. Wang received his Master of Business Administration degree from the Open University of Hong Kong. He had been the Deputy General Manager of China Life Insurance Company Limited Fujian Branch, as well as the General Manager of China Life Insurance Company Limited Guangzhou Branch. Mr. Wang was awarded “National May 1st' Labour Medal”, had been elected as the Local Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (Guangzhou) and the Vice Chairman of its Economics Committee, and a representative of the National People’s Congress (Dongshan District Guangzhou).

Ms. Gao An Feng is the Vice President of China Life Insurance (Overseas) Company Limited and the General Manager of its Hong Kong Branch. She received her Master of Business Administration degree from the University of South Australia. Prior to her current role, Ms. Gao was the Deputy General Manager of China Life Insurance (Overseas) Company Limited Hong Kong Branch, the Deputy General Manager of General Office of former People’s Insurance Company of China (Chengdu Branch), Manager of Sales and Marketing of China Life Insurance Company Limited Chengdu Branch, and Deputy General Manager of China Life Insurance Company Limited Chengdu Branch.

Ms. Ma Ling Ling is the Chief Financial Officer and the General Manager of Finance & Accounts Departments of China Life Insurance (Overseas) Company Limited. She received her Bachelor degree from Remin University of China. Prior to her current role, Ms. Ma was the General Manager of Finance & Accounts Department of China Life Insurance (Overseas) Company Limited, the Chief Financial Officer of its Hong Kong Branch, and the Senior Manager of Finance & Accounting Department of China Life Insurance (Group) Company. Ms. Ma has 22 years of insurance-finance management and audit experience.

Assistant President
Mr. Yu Yong is the Assistant President of China Life Insurance (Overseas) Company Limited and the Deputy General Manager of its Hong Kong Branch. Mr. Yu graduated from Nankai University with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and obtained a Master’s Degree in Economics from Central University of Finance and Economics. Mr. Yu was the Chief Marketing Officer of China Life Insurance (Overseas) Company Limited and Assistant General Manager of Bancassurance Department of China Life Insurance Company Limited. Mr. Yu has 17 years experience of insurance sales and investment management. He also obtained professional certification FLMI and China Securities Analyst.

Mr. Peng Xuan Xian is the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors of China Life Insurance (Overseas) Company Limited and the Chairman of China Life Trustees Limited. Mr. Peng obtained the Master of Business Administration from the Business School of Remin University of China. Prior to his current role, Mr. Peng was the Chief Operation Officer of China Life Insurance (Overseas) Company Limited Hong Kong Branch, the General Manager of Marketing Department of China Life Insurance (Overseas) Company Limited and the Assistant General Manager of Strategic Development Department of China Life Insurance Company Limited. Mr. Peng has 20 years experience of strategic management, marketing analyst and economic audit. Mr. Peng obtained the lawyer qualification in China.
