3. Upon the first diagnosis of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus and such diagnosis being made, 20% of the Sum Assured will be payable in advance.( The number of claim shall be limited to once only and the Sum Assured and the Guaranteed Cash Value will reduce accordingly.)
4. Upon the first diagnosis of Female Carcinoma-in-situ of either breast, uterus, cervix uteri, ovary, fallopian tube or vagina and such diagnosis being made, 20% of the Sum Assured will be payable. The number of claim shall be limited to once only and the Sum Assured shall remain the same after the claim.
5. Waiver of premium in the event of becoming Totally and Permanently Disabled up to age 60, due to sickness or accident.
6. 10% of the Sum Assured will be payable on survival to the ninth and eighteenth Policy Anniversaries.
7. Free female medical check-ups on or after the third Policy Anniversary and thereafter once every two years including examination of the breasts, pelvic, vagina and Pap Smear.
