Customer Service Officer (Counter Service)

Responsibilities

  • Provide face-to-face counter services to customers and insurance intermediaries
  • Handle incoming correspondence and customer feedback in a timely manner according to company policies and procedures
  • Handle cashier processing and daily operation of Service Centre
  • Communicate and coordinate with different parties to ensure operation efficiency and effectiveness
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • 5.5working days per week (Shift duties on Saturday and public holiday are required)

Requirements

  • University degree holder with 2 years of working experience in insurance or customer service field; Form 5 graduates with at least 3 years of relevant experience will also be considered
  • Passed in IIQE Paper I, III and V preferred
  • Pro-active, self-motivated, mature and pleasant personality
  • Excellent service attitude and able to follow through on commitments to customer
  • Good written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua is definitely an advantage
  • Good computer skills in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing

Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Customer Service Officer
