Manager - Agency Training

Responsibilities

  • Oversee various aspects of agency training within the organisation.
  • Identify current training needs and executive on developing a sector leading training program.
  • Take ownership of training program, organize and develop and conduct agency training program, responsible for the quality of training delivery to enhance sales performance.
  • Provide on-going training to agents to achieve MDRT / IDA awards.
  • Monitor efficiency and logistics requirement of program
  • Prepare management report and documentation on training effectiveness
  • Manage training budget, course development and program review
  • Lead in training projects and ad hoc programs
  • Handle other ad-hoc duties in agency training functions assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in business, marketing or training related disciplines
  • Professional qualification on financial planning is preferred
  • Around 5 years of relevant training experience
  • Sales experience/training experience in life insurance/financial planning industry will be a definite advantage
  • In-depth knowledge of jumbo case sales technique
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, assertive, innovative with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Good written and spoken Chinese is required, fluent in Mandarin is preferable
