









When the policy matures, the policyholder is required to provide valid identification documents. If the policyholder holds a Hong Kong permanent resident identity card, a Macau permanent resident identity card, or a Chinese identity card, they can log in to the China Life Overseas APP to verify/update their documents. For other types of identity documents, a copy of the updated identification documents can be submitted to our company.
No. Policyholder may choose from the following payment methods:
- Transfer to the policyholder's personal local bank account
- Wire transfer to the policyholder's personal overseas bank account
- Cheque
- Transfer to a new policy or an existing policy under the policyholder's name.
If the policyholder resides in Mainland China and does not have a Hong Kong address/contact number and Hong Kong Bank Account , they may apply for non-crossed cheque payment by completing the "Request for Policy Maturity Benefit Form" with "Special Payment Arrangement Request Form". After filling out the form, please submit the form by following the submission instruction providedm.
