In view of the current development of the COVID-19 epidemic, with effective from Monday, 11 April 2022, people entering to the Customer Service Center must scan the "LeaveHomeSafe" venue QR code using the "LeaveHomeSafe" mobile APP and have received at least one dose of COVID-19 vaccination. Our staff will check for relevant vaccination records or Vaccination Medical Exemption Certificate before allowing to enter the premises. Otherwise, we are regret that we cannot provide our counter services but suggest the customer to handle MPF & ORSO matters in other ways, such as using our Online Account or calling to our Customer Service Hotline.
