Service arrangement under Severe Weather and Extreme Conditions:

 
● If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, Black Rainstorm Warning, or other extreme weather conditions are issued before service hours by the Hong Kong Observatory, the Customer Service Hotlines and Customer Service Centres services will be suspended.
● If the warning signal for above mentioned is lowered or replaced with a less severe signal on or before 12:00 noon, the Customer Service Hotlines and Customer Service Centres will generally resume service within two hours at the earliest.
● If the signal for above mentioned is lowered or replaced after 12:00 noon, the Customer Service Hotlines and Customer Service Centres services will remain suspended for the rest of that day.
● If such warning signals are issued during office hours:
- For Black Rainstorm Warning, the Customer Service Hotlines and Customer Service Centres services will generally continue, the service arrangements may be adjusted depending on actual conditions.
- For Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or other extreme conditions, the Customer Service Hotlines and Customer Service Centres services will be suspended immediately.
