- - For policies with a policy date between the 16th and 31st of the month, the preset debit date is 3rd of the month after the premium due date.
- - If the debit date falls on a non-working day (i.e., Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday), it will be postponed to the next working day.
- - If the direct debit is unsuccessful, the company will issue a notice to the policyholder, and rearrange another direct debit on the same preset debit date in the following month.
- Please ensure that there are sufficient funds in your autopay account before the debit date to avoid autopay failure. The bank may charge the account holder a fee for rejected autopay due to insufficient funds, and the customer has to bear the related costs.
