Please note that if the policy has been assigned to a designated bank (subject to the bank's relevant requirements), the policyholder should first update their mobie and email with the assignee bank, and after obtaining the bank's consent, the policyholder can then change their mobile and email.

No. To protect customer personal data privacy, please do not register a mobile and/or an email which is not owned by the policyholder.

If the new mobile has already been registered by another customer, the company requires the policyholder to submit the latest 3 month of mobile bill to prove that the mobile belongs to the policyholder. Please note that mobile is essential contact information for online service, please do not register a mobile which is not owned by the policyholder.

Yes. Please note that if the policyholder is a company, change of mobile / email can only be applied via paper application form.
