








The policyholder must complete and submit the application during the lifetime of the existing insured and within the policy's validity period. And the age of the Contingent Insured must comply with the age requirements stipulated in the policy provision.
In addition, there must have insurable interest satisfactory to the Company between the Policyholder and the Contingent Insured(s), currently only the relationship of policyholder own person, spouse, parents, children, grandparents, grandchildren, commercial insurance, or guardian will be accepted
When the contingent Insured dies before the existing Insured or when the Company accepts:
- An application for the assignment of the policy mortgage
- An application to modify or terminate the nomination of the contingent Insured and this application is accepted
- When the contingent Insured dies before the existing Insured
- After transfering the policyholder
- When the contingent Insured provides a written statement unwilling to be the Insured of the policy
- Appoint a Designated Interim Policyholder
Yes, but the policyholder has the right to change the list and order of contingent Insured(s) at any time.
Assigned policies, bankrupt policies, premium financing policies, policies that are not inforce, company policies, and policies that are temporarily managed by the Interim Policyowner (if applicable) are not eligible for Designation / Change / Termination of Contingent Insured applications.
