“Fortune Booster” Travel Lucky Draw – Terms and Conditions (the “T&Cs”):

1. “Fortune Booster” Travel Lucky Draw (the “Activity”) is organized by China Life Insurance (Overseas) Company Limited (“China Life (Overseas)” or the “Company”).

2. Participating in the Activity will serve as Eligible Participants’ (defined below) understanding of and agreement to the T&Cs.

3. The promotion period of the Activity is from 26 January 2026 to 25 April 2026 (both dates inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”).

4. Existing policyholders of the Company (only applicable to policies applied in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“Hong Kong”) ) and/or ENRICH members of the Company who complete any of the following task(s) during the Promotion Period (collectively the “Eligible Participants”) will automatically earn their respective number of opportunities to participate in lucky draw. Each Eligible Participant can earn a maximum of 10 opportunities to participate in lucky draw.

   - Diamond Member	5 opportunities

5. During the Promotion Period, successful submission of each type of the above specified online policy services application will allow Eligible Participants to earn 1 opportunity to participate in lucky draw. For submission of the same type of online policy service application, Eligible Participants will at most earn 1 opportunity to participate in lucky draw.

6. During the Promotion Period, Eligible Participants who browse the ENRICH website via the following ways will earn corresponding number of opportunity(ies) to participate in the lucky draw according to their ENRICH membership level:

   • (i) Log in to OneService APP (click on the ENRICH banner) or OneService website (click on My Benefits), and log in or register to ENRICH; or
   • (ii) Click to learn more about ENRICH through the campaign website of the Activity, and log in or register to ENRICH; or
   • (iii) Browse the ENRICH website directly, and log in or register to ENRICH.

7. During the Promotion Period, regardless of the number of times Eligible Participants browse the ENRICH website, he/she will earn the maximum number of opportunity(ies) to participate in lucky draw(s) applicable to their ENRICH membership level.

8. For details of the eligibility for ENRICH membership level, please refer to the ENRICH website (https://enrich.chinalife.com.hk)。

9. Eligible Participants who complete any of the above tasks will automatically participate in the lucky draw and do not need to perform any registration.

10. Eligible Participants' personal information, including name, Hong Kong Identity Card number, phone number and email address provided to the Company, will be used for participating in and administering the Activity.

11. Employees or financial consultants of the Company are not eligible to participate in the Activity.

12. Participation in the Activity does not guarantee winning any prize. 100 winners (the “Winner(s)”) will be randomly drawn by a computer system arranged by the Company on 11 May 2026. The Company’s records regarding the results of the lucky draw shall be final and conclusive.

13. Each Eligible Participant may at most receive one prize in the Activity. Even if any Eligible Participant earns more than one opportunity to participate in lucky draw, the Eligible Participant will ultimately receive one relevant prize.

15. The list of Winners will be published in Sing Tao Daily and The Standard on 20 May 2026.

16. By 27 May 2026, individual Winners will receive notification by email and/or phone via the email address and/or phone number provided to the Company. To receive the relevant email and/or phone call, Eligible Participants must register their valid email address and/or phone number with the Company. Eligible Participants can log in to OneService APP to register new or to update their existing email address and/or phone number.

17. Winners must follow the manner specified in the notification by email or phone (e.g. via the mobile application of the supplier of the prize) to redeem the prize during the specified period. The Company reserves the right to verify the identity of Winners at the time of prize redemption. If any Winner fails to co-operate with the Company for identity verification, the Winner’s right to redeem the prize will be deemed forfeited.

18. The Company is not responsible for verifying the accuracy and validity of the email address and/or phone number submitted by Eligible Participants to the Company. If for any reason (including failure to receive the relevant email and/or phone call) any prize is not redeemed by any Winner within the period specified in the notification by email and/or phone, the Winner’s eligibility to receive the prize will be forfeited and the Company will not be liable to the Winner.

19. In any event (including any loss of prize, damage of prize or expiry of the prize after redemption), the prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other offers or transferred to others, the Company will not re-issue or replace the prize and will not be liable to the Winners.

20. By participating in the Activity, Winners consent that part of their names and will be disclosed to the general public via the Winners list. In addition, by receiving the relevant prize, Winners consent that they will co-operate with and participate in any related marketing activities of the Company, including Winners of the grand prize, 2^nd prize and 3^rd prize agree to participate in any award ceremony that the Company may arrange and agree that any relevant photos may be disclosed to the general public by the Company. If Winners of the grand prize, 2^nd prize and 3^rd prize cannot redeem the prize in person, he/she can delegate a representative to redeem the prize. The representative must present the relevant documents for verification purpose and consent that he/she will co-operate with and participate in any related marketing activities of the Company.

21. The Company is not the supplier of the prize. The Company shall not be liable for any matters relating to the prize (including the quality, supply, delivery and utilization of the prize). For any dispute about the prize, the Winners must settle directly with the supplier of the prize. Utilization of the prize is subject to the applicable terms and conditions imposed thereon by the supplier of the prize. Please refer to the applicable terms and conditions set out in the website of the supplier of the prize for details.

22. The Company has the sole and absolute discretion in determining a person’s eligibility to participate in the Activity and/or receive prize in accordance with the T&Cs. If the Company discovers at any time that any person has failed to comply with any terms or conditions of the T&Cs, the Company is entitled to disqualify the person from participating in the Activity and/or receiving prize.

23. If the Activity cannot proceed as planned due to circumstances beyond the Company’s control, including but not limited to computer virus, bugs or trojan horses, server attacks, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure or other disruptions that corrupt or affect the security, fairness, integrity and proper conduct of the Activity, the Company reserves the right to disqualify any Eligible Participants who tamper with the entry process, without prior notice.

24. The Company reserves the right to interpret the T&Cs. In the event of any disputes arising from or in connection with the Activity and/or the T&Cs, the Company shall have the sole and absolute discretion in making a final decision.

25. Except for the Company and the Eligible Participants, no other person or entity shall have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Chapter 623 of the laws of Hong Kong) to enforce any terms or conditions of the T&Cs.

26. The Activity is held within Hong Kong. The T&Cs are governed by and must be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese version of these T&Cs, the Chinese version shall prevail.
