China Financial Education Development Foundation announced that Mr. Fu Ming Chi, Desmond of Training Department, China Life is awarded the "Pioneer in Financial Education".
China Financial Education Development Foundation was established in 1992 to enhance the professionalism amongst finance practitioners and promote financial knowledge to the public by establishing variety of recognitions and rewards, poverty alleviation, organizing domestic and foreign training, seminars and forum with the mission fostering the development in financial education. The financial educators awarded by this foundation as "Pioneer in Financial Education" have a great passion on financial education and have outstanding achievements in education, training and management. At the same time, the educators are the experts or business elites in the respective field along with continuous study & research. It is remarkable and commendable that Desmond is the first employee to be awarded with this honor in China Life Group.
Mr. Fu has been working in the training and development field of insurance industry for more than twenty-five years, he joined China Life Insurance (Overseas) since 2010. He has begun supporting the initial development stage of the Training Department. Desmond developed over 100 different training courses for agency leaders and comprehensive training curriculum for our agency force. In order to further uplift the management ability and quality of agency leaders to international level, Desmond also introduced an international insurance agency management course: "Professional Patterns of Management PPM", that enabled our agency leaders to integrate the success of international and Hong Kong agency management practice with nowadays' competitive advantage of Mainland China.
Desmond also dedicated his efforts in developing and enhancing training professionalism of Training Department through experience sharing. In 2014, he took the lead to produce a "China Life (Overseas) Training Collection", which was a total of 9 series training courses of our company. Mr. Fu's enthusiasm positive work attitude and selfless dedication has made significant contribution to Training Department. .
