Service Introduction
Customers who have registered for the PPS service can make payments through the PPS telephone service, online service, or mobile app.

  • Applicable payment types: Renewal Premium Premium Levy Loan Repayment Change of Policy Fees
  • A customer who holds a registered PPS account can make a payment.

  • Please visit the PPS online service: www.ppshk.com
    For PPS hotline service, please call 18033 (Cantonese) or 18031 (English).
  • Payment Steps:
    • 1) Call the PPS hotline or visit the website.
    • 2) Select China Life (Overseas)'s merchant code: 9375.
    • 3) Select the "Bill Type":
      • 01 - Renewal Premium and Premium Levy
      • 02 - For Premium Levy only
      • 03 - Initial premium and Premium Levy
      • 04 - Repayment of Policy Loan
    • 4) Enter the "Bill Number" located at the top right of the payment notice.
    • 5) Enter the payment amount, which is the total amount due in Hong Kong dollars.
    • 6) After completing the payment, please record the PPS payment reference number or screenshot of the payment for your records.
  • Payment records will be updated to the policy in at least 2 working days after payment. Please make payment as early as possible before the due date.
  • The cutoff time is 7:00 PM from Monday to Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays.

Policies with currencies in Hong Kong dollars and US dollars, and settled in Hong Kong dollars, can use PPS for payment. Other policy currencies do not accept PPS payment.

Our company only accepts premium payments from the policyholder or the insured. If the payer is a third party from the designated category, the "Third Party Payment Instruction Form" (for renewal premium and premium levy only) and any required supporting documents must be submitted. If the third party payer is not in the designated category, the payment will not be accepted and will be refunded.
