Yes. The customer can submit the "Request for Change of Owner & Insured Information / Occupation/ Signature" and provide a copy of the new Hong Kong Permanent Resident Identity Card after obtaining it to our company.

Yes. Since there has been a change in the document records of the policyholder, the client needs to submit "Request for Change of Owner & Insured Information / Occupation/ Signature" and the certified true copy of the new identity documents to our company. If the policyholder is a U.S. Citizen or a U.S. tax resident and/or may have links to the U.S., they are required to submit a U.S. tax self-certification form(eg. W-9, W-8BEN or an equivalent form) and relevant supporting documents(if applicable).

Yes. If the policyholder has changed their nationality, the client needs to submit the "Request for Change of Owner & Insured Information / Occupation/ Signature" and a certified true copy of a valid identity document showing their latest nationality for verification to our company. If the policyholder is a U.S. Citizen or a U.S. tax resident and/or may have links to the U.S., they are required to submit a U.S. tax self-certification form(eg. W-9, W-8BEN or an equivalent form) and relevant supporting documents(if applicable).

Currently, the eKYC of online self-service supports the verification of Hong Kong Permanent Identity Card, Macau Permanent Identity Card, and Chinese Identity Card, and it allows the related nationality to be updated/changed after verification. If the customer holds identity documents of other nationalities, they must apply through a paper application form and submit a cerified true copy of the original nationality proof documents.
