Latest Hongkong Post Arrangement and China Life Trustees MPF Contribution Services

According to the notice of Hongkong Post, Wanchai Delivery Office will be closed and suspended their mail delivery service through to 15 August for thorough cleaning and sterilisation. As our company will also be affected, China Life Trustees urges employers to make contributions and submit remittance statements through e-channels, which operate 24-hour and more convenient. New Login Method for MPF Member Online Account - Two-Factor Authentication

China Life MPF Online Account (website and mobile apps) has introduced “Two-Factor Authentication” (2FA), a more secure and reliable identity confirmation method, starting from 11 July 2020. A one-time verification code will be sent to your mobile no. or email address registered at China Life Trustees Limited. Verification code (together with the password you have set) will be a must to login. To register online account for first-time and/or to reset password, verification code is also required to work with your HKID/passport number and date of birth.

ESS Employers - Please Submit Contribution Data for Jun to Aug 2020 Soonest Possible

For an employer who has received the first tranche of subsidies from the Employment Support Scheme, please submit the contribution data for the three-month wage subsidy periods (i.e. June to August 2020) as early as possible so that updated records can be sent to the Government for the purpose of verifying the total wage paid and number of paid employees.
