Due to the changing situation of novel coronavirus epidemic and the tightened social distancing measures announced by the government, public and private institutions (e.g. post office, banks) may only provide limited services.

To protect the health of our customers and staff, China Life Trustees encourages employers and members to use our electronic means for making contribution, changing investment allocation or other services to reduce physical contact and physical form submission. You can enjoy the convenience of managing your MPF through our e-Services below:

Employer Online Account

● e-enrolment for new employees, this new service enables employers to enroll their newly employed employees online

● Uploading remittance statements; or utilizing contribution calculating function to minimize input error

● Checking employee information and contribution history

You can also submit information and documents via email to your designated account manager or mpf@chinalife.com.hk.

Member Online Account

● Changing fund choices of investment

● Updating contact information

● Applying transfer-in of asset

● Checking account balance, gain/loss, contribution history

● Downloading statement

● Checking Self-Employed Person’s e-debit note

● Adding lump-sum tax deductible voluntary contributions (TVC)
