Service Introduction
Customers holding individual insurance policy(ies) can use "Change of Correspondence Preferences" service to change their correspondence method preference and correspondence language preference. For more information about the E-Notice service, please refer to the "E-Notice Service" page.

FAQs & Important Notes

"correspondence preferences" refer to the customer's choice to receive notifications in "e-Correspondence Method" or "Paper Correspondence Method" and in "Chinese" or "English."for individual insurance policies.

If you choose "e-Correspondence", you will receive E-Notice via email or text message, informing you that you can view and download various electronic notification forms within the OneService APP.

Please log in to the OneService App and submit your request through one of the following paths:

Option 1: My ► My Correspondence Preferences ► Change of Correspondence Preferences ► Change Information ► Change of Correspondence Preferences

Option 2: News ► E-Notice ► My Correspondence Preferences ► Change of Correspondence Preferences ► Change Information ► Change of Correspondence Preferences

Option 3: Services ► Policy Services ► Change of Correspondence Preferences

Correspondene preferences for Group Insurance policies are designated by the employer. Changes apply only to individual insurance policies.

If you choose the "e-Correspondence Method", please ensure that your phone number and/or email address is correct to receive E-Notice, since some of the notice will continue issuing paper notificaion.

If you choose the "Paper Correspondence Method", please ensure that your mailling address is correct to receive paper notices.

After switching to e-Correspondence, paper notices will no longer be sent (except for designated notices; please refer to the "List of E-Notice").

To ensure timely access to important policy information and E-Notice, please download and register for the OneService APP.

If your OneService account becomes inactive, policy-related notices will be sent by mail.

Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the OneService APP and can log in successfully to avoid disruption in message delivery.

We will notify you via email platform message or SMS upon an E-Notice has been issued. If you do not receive the notification, please login to the OneService APP to check your mobile phone number and/or email address to ensure they are correct and updated.
