In view of the current development of the COVID-19 epidemic, with effective from Monday, 11 April 2022, people entering to the Customer Service Center must scan the "LeaveHomeSafe" venue QR code using the "LeaveHomeSafe" mobile APP and have received at least one dose of COVID-19 vaccination. Our staff will check for relevant vaccination records or Vaccination Medical Exemption Certificate before allowing to enter the premises.

Due to the changing situation of novel coronavirus epidemic and the tightened social distancing measures announced by the government, public and private institutions (e.g. post office, banks) may only provide limited services.

To protect the health of our customers and staff, China Life Trustees encourages employers and members to use our electronic means for making contribution, changing investment allocation or other services to reduce physical contact and physical form submission.
